We've been helping people like you to keep safe water and streams since 1992. Our organization is responsible for groundbreaking clean water act enforcement that protects the nations drinking water.
The oldest example of this infrastructure in the US is NYC. Each day, more than 1.1 billion gallons of fresh, clean water is delivered from large upstate reservoirs – some more than 125 miles from the City – to the taps of nine million customers throughout New York state.
The Catskill watershed  where we pioneered our work is located in parts of Greene, Ulster, and Schoharie Counties, about 100 miles north of New York City and 35 miles west of the Hudson River. There we not only took direct action to protect streams from improper sewage treatment but also direct pollution due to management issues.

The New York City drinking water supply system is the largest unfiltered water supply in the United States. It provides approximately 1.2 billion gallons of high quality drinking water to nearly one-half the population of New York State every day.
